For Retail Loan submission (for Individual borrowers, Investors and Builders):
1. Call me directly.
2. Include a Loan Summary, include loan details, debt servicing, and exit strategy.
3. Call or email to complete a Loan Application.
4. Provide a Recent Appraisal or Pictures and a Recent Credit Report, if available.
For Loan submission (for Mortgage Brokers and Realtors):
1. Fill out and submit a package and a w-9 (email directly to me. If you just have one transaction, you can submit retail.
2. Fill out a loan app leaving the income blank.
3. Provide a Loan Summary or Executive Summary for Commercial, Multifamily or Construction - including loan details, debt servicing, and exit strategy.
4. 1003 pdf or Fannie Mae 3.2 File
5. Recent Appraisal or color pictures (If available)
6. Recent Tri-merge Credit Report
